1. I live in a townhouse in Nundah.我住在Nundah的一个排屋
Wǒ zhù zài Nundah de yīgè pái wū.
2. The house has two floors.
房子有两层樓
Fángzi yǒu liǎng céng lóu
3. The stairs are steep and narrow.
楼梯很陡, 很窄。
Lóutī hěn dǒu, hěn zhǎi.
4. The floor is carpeted.
地板是铺有地毯的
dìbǎn shì pù yǒu dìtǎn de
5. It does not have air conditioning, so it is sometimes a bit hot.
它没有空调，所以有时会有点热
Tā méiyǒu kōng tiáo, suǒyǐ yǒushí huì yǒudiǎn rè.
6. On the ground floor is a living room, a kitchen and [in addition to] a laundry.
一楼是一间客厅,一个厨房还有洗衣房。
Yī lóu shì yī jiān kètīng, yīgè chúfáng háiyǒu xǐyī fáng.
7. There is a garage at the back of the house.
在房子的后面有一个车库。
Zài fángzi de hòumiàn yǒu yígè chēkù.
8. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
一楼有三间卧室和一间浴室。
Yī lóu yǒu sān jiān wòshì hé yī jiān yùshì.
9. The main bedroom has a balcony, but unfortunately that is not my room.
主卧室有一个阳台，但不幸的是，这不是我的房间。
Zhǔ wòshì yǒu yīgè yángtái, dàn bùxìng de shì, zhè bùshì wǒ de fángjiān.
10. I rent a room from the lessee. He is an old man.
我从承租人那租了一个房间。他是一个老人
wǒ cóng chéngzū rén nà, wǒ zūle yīgè fángjiān. Tā shì yīgè lǎorén.
