Tell you what though, if you've time
I'd really like to get a clue or two
On how the game is played,
The one you know, you've just been at,
Or stuff along those lines. I'm bit
The bug has got me, but I'm buggered if I know
How dollars grow from dreams across that net.

Jumper ran his fingers through his hair
As if to mean, ah hell, another hungry fool;
His chin sank lower on his chest,
But something gnawing at his brain flashed green,
He glanced up sharply, and began …
Now look, I'm not an oracle, but surfing yes,
I surf the waves of hope that flit from care to care..
