Submission of completed thesis June

(Note: This schedule entails an early submission of the thesis. We anticipate that in fact the thesis will be completed before the date indicated above.)

Electronic submission note by candidate: I am currently located in South Korea. Therefore, in consultation with my supervisor, Peter Peterson, I am submitting this electronic version of the joint progress report. It has been fully coordinated with the supervisor who is submitting a hard copy with his own signature.
